Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes! We ship anywhere in the world!

Q: What are your postage costs?
A: Postage is determined by weight and is added upon checkout.

Q: Do you combine postage?
A: Yes. Combined postage is automatically calculated by weight upon checkout.

I want my item faster. How can i get it?
A: Select "Express Post" upon checkout.

Q:
Everything is in Australian Dollars, what will it cost in my currency?
A: A real-time currency converter can be found on the main menu.

Q:
How long will my purchase take to reach me?
A:
All items are sent within 2 working days after payment is received.

Domestic Transit Time: 2-5 working days
International Transit Time: 7-14 working days
(NOTE: The above transit times are estimates only and do not include express post.)

Do you make dreadfalls?
A: No. And we don't intend to.

Q: Do you sell goggles?
A: We sure do!

Do you make custom falls?
A: Unfortunately no, but we are open to suggestions. =]

Q: Are your materials available for individual sale?
A: Yes, upon request. (Excluding crin & rexlace)

What is your returns policy?
A: Exchanges are issued if the product is damaged in transit.
(Photographic proof will be required - Shipping at your expense.)




Shipping & Payments


Maschine Nation delivers worldwide.

We currently accept payments via Paypal or Bank Deposit*.
(* Bank Deposit for Australian residents only. Contact before purchase to arrange payment.)

All orders are sent via regular airmail by default. However we offer optional
Registered Post and Express Post for both international and domestic orders.
Please select the appropriate method of postage upon checkout.
(NOTE: Maschine Nation takes no responsibility for items lost in transit if you do not select
'registered post' or 'express post' upon checkout.)


You must make sure you select the correct postage.
If you are in Australia, select 'Domestic'.
If you are in any other country, choose 'International'.
If you do not choose the correct postage, your package may not be sent.
